Baby’s Galaxy Terms of Use

Who the app is for
Baby’s Galaxy is provided by RIWIDE PTE. LTD. for adult parents and caregivers to capture photos, keep local albums and create timelapse videos. Use the app lawfully and only with content you have permission to capture, store or share. Respect the privacy and rights of the people shown.
Your content and storage
You retain your rights to your photos and videos. Keeping them in the app does not transfer ownership to RIWIDE. Albums and finished videos are stored on your device; Baby’s Galaxy is not a cloud backup service. Device loss, uninstalling or clearing app data can remove local records. Manage backups through your device settings and keep additional copies of important memories. System photo-library and shared copies are separate; deleting an app record does not delete them.
Optional services
Basic usage measurement is on by default; detailed analytics using persistent identifiers requires your consent. Turning off basic measurement in Settings stops all Analytics collection. Feedback is sent only when you choose to submit it. Their data handling is described in the privacy policy. Sharing destinations and operating-system services apply their own terms. A feedback nickname does not grant permission for public credit.
Availability and changes
Features can vary by device, permissions and available storage. We may update the app and these terms; material changes will be described with an updated effective date. These terms do not limit rights or remedies you have under applicable consumer law. Contact ceo@riwide.com for questions or support.

아기의 은하는 RIWIDE PTE. LTD.가 성인 부모·보호자를 위해 제공하는 사진 촬영, 로컬 앨범 관리 및 타임랩스 제작 앱입니다. 촬영·보관·공유 권한이 있는 콘텐츠만 법령에 맞게 이용하고, 사진에 등장하는 사람의 권리와 사생활을 존중해 주세요.
콘텐츠 권리와 보관
사진과 영상의 권리는 이용자에게 있으며 앱에 보관한다고 RIWIDE에 소유권이 이전되지 않습니다. 앨범과 완성 영상은 기기에 저장되며 아기의 은하는 클라우드 백업 서비스가 아닙니다. 기기 분실, 앱 삭제 또는 앱 데이터 초기화로 로컬 기록이 사라질 수 있습니다. 기기 설정에서 백업을 관리하고 중요한 기록은 별도 복사본을 보관해 주세요. 시스템 사진 보관함과 공유한 복사본은 별개이며 앱에서 삭제해도 함께 삭제되지 않습니다.
선택 서비스
기본 사용 측정은 켜져 있고 식별자를 사용하는 상세 분석은 동의한 경우에만 켜집니다. 설정에서 기본 측정을 끄면 모든 분석 수집을 중단합니다. 의견은 이용자가 전송을 선택한 경우에만 제출합니다. 처리 방법은 개인정보처리방침을 따릅니다. 공유 대상과 운영체제 서비스에는 해당 서비스의 약관이 적용됩니다. 의견 닉네임을 기억하는 것은 공개 크레딧 동의를 뜻하지 않습니다.
제공 환경과 변경
기기, 권한, 저장 공간에 따라 기능 이용에 차이가 있을 수 있습니다. 앱과 약관을 변경할 수 있으며 주요 변경은 시행일과 함께 안내합니다. 이 약관은 적용되는 소비자 보호 법령상 권리와 구제 수단을 제한하지 않습니다. 문의와 지원: ceo@riwide.com.

赤ちゃんの銀河はRIWIDE PTE. LTD.が成人の保護者向けに提供する撮影、端末内アルバム管理、タイムラプス作成アプリです。撮影・保存・共有の許可があるコンテンツを適法に利用し、写っている人の権利とプライバシーを尊重してください。
コンテンツと保存
写真・動画の権利は利用者に帰属し、アプリ内の保存によってRIWIDEに所有権は移りません。アルバムと動画は端末内に保存します。クラウドバックアップサービスではありません。端末の紛失、アプリ削除、データ初期化で記録が失われる場合があります。端末設定でバックアップを管理し、大切な記録には別のコピーを保管してください。写真ライブラリや共有先のコピーは別で、アプリ内の削除では消えません。
任意のサービス
基本的な利用状況の測定は初期状態でオンで、識別子を使う詳細分析は同意した場合のみ有効です。設定で基本測定をオフにすると、すべての分析収集を停止します。フィードバックは送信を選んだ場合のみ提出します。取扱いはプライバシーポリシーに記載します。共有先とOSサービスには各サービスの規約が適用されます。ニックネームの記憶は公開クレジットの同意ではありません。
提供環境と変更
端末、権限、空き容量によって機能が異なる場合があります。アプリや規約を更新し、重要な変更は施行日とともにお知らせします。適用される消費者保護法上の権利や救済を制限しません。お問い合わせ：ceo@riwide.com。
